About these terms
These terms govern access to PurePilot, a service operated by Pure Pilot Limited. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you use PurePilot for an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for it.
What PurePilot provides
PurePilot helps users research companies and draft sales campaign material from information they provide and from publicly accessible webpages they ask the service to analyse. AI-generated material may be incomplete or inaccurate. You must review every output for accuracy, suitability, compliance and lawful use before relying on or sending it.
Accounts
You must provide accurate account information, keep your login secure and promptly tell us if you believe your account has been compromised. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account unless caused by our failure to use reasonable care.
Subscriptions and cancellation
Paid subscriptions are processed by Stripe and renew at the price and billing interval shown at checkout until cancelled. You can manage or cancel a subscription through the billing portal. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless the checkout or portal states otherwise. Statutory consumer rights are not affected.
Acceptable use
You must not use PurePilot unlawfully, infringe another person's rights, access private systems without permission, introduce malicious code, attempt to bypass service limits, misrepresent AI output as verified evidence, or send marketing communications without the permissions and safeguards required in the relevant jurisdiction.
Your content
You retain your rights in content you submit. You give us permission to host, process and transmit that content only as needed to provide, secure and improve the service. You confirm that you have the rights and lawful basis needed to provide that content to us.
Service availability
We aim to keep PurePilot available and secure, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may change, suspend or discontinue features where reasonably necessary, and will try to give notice when a material change affects paid customers.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, PurePilot is a drafting and research aid: you remain responsible for business decisions, outreach, regulatory compliance and the consequences of using generated material.
Ending use
You may stop using PurePilot at any time and can request account deletion from the account area. We may restrict or end access where reasonably necessary to address unlawful use, security risk, non-payment or a material breach of these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
